I saw Mr Freeman following a complete rupture of my achilles tendon. He was extremely informative, professional and clear on the treatment route (non surgical) and explained the exercises I needed to do. He reviewed the treatment plan I had been given by the NHS and advised how to improve on it. I saw him for a follow up to check the tendon length 5 weeks later.
At both appointments he gave me all the time I needed to ask lots of questions and understand my injury and how to recover from it without further injury.
So glad I spent the money on these 2 appointments, Mr Freeman has given me the confidence to accelerate my recovery much faster and stronger than would have been possible if I had stuck to my NHS care plan. I saw the physio yesterday and they were amazed at the progress i have made so far. I cannot recommend Mr Freeman highly enough. Thank you!

An amazing operation with great results - so far. It will take at least 6 months to look 'normal' apparently. No pain just discomfort for the first few weeks. I would advise anyone to have the bunion operation under the care of Mr Freeman.

I highly recommend Mr Freeman. He performed a ligament reconstruction on my ankle at Gatwick Spire. From the first consultation he inspired total confidence that the procedure would be successful. He is super efficient and extremely personable. It was a pleasure to be cared for by him and the whole team.

I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with sub-specialist training in both Foot & Ankle surgery and Major Trauma.
My elective practice includes all aspects for foot and ankle surgery including minimally invasive surgery, arthroscopy and total ankle replacement. I have a particular interest in sports injuries and have fellowship experience of managing professional athletes.
