During my recent ear operation for the insertion of a grommet, together with a biopsy and general investigation of the nasal area, I was in no discomfort at any time and received prompt and best possible care throughout. The operation was successful - it cleared the woolly feeling in my head and improved my hearing considerably. I was also impressed that Mr Hughes assisted by other members of staff held a surgery on a Saturday afternoon in order to help reduce the waiting list. Thank you. Inge Adams MRN 407537

Dr Hughes listens! It's up to the patient to be honest and explain whats wrong in a concise and sensible way. Then Dr Hughes will discuss diagnosis and prognosis in a sympathetic but frank manner. As a patient one couldn't ask for more.
