I had been suffering from throat symptoms - a mildly sore throat and a feeling of slight obstruction - and an occasionally hoarse voice - for some six months. Following a nasal endoscopy I was diagnosed with 'silent reflux' and prescribed medication to alleviate the symptoms. The period of medication recommended, two months, is not yet complete. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received.

The doctor was very attentive and efficient. He explained everything very clearly to me and made sure that I was happy with his explanations before I left. Even though it was very busy he didn’t let that affect the quality of my appointment.

The consultation I had with Mr Raghav Dwivedi quickly put me at my ease even though it was by telephone. He diagnosed and explained in careful detail the causes behind my sore throat problems as well as recommending the GERD website for even more information. I found the consultation especially reassuring and very informative.
