I recently underwent a parotidectomy performed by Mr. Raghav Dwivedi, and I could not have wished for better care. From my very first consultation, Mr. Dwivedi was kind, reassuring, and incredibly professional. He explained everything clearly and patiently, answering all my questions and easing my worries. His calm and confident manner gave me complete trust in him. On the day of the surgery, I felt I was in the very best hands. The operation went smoothly, and my recovery has been excellent. The scar is barely noticeable, and I had very little discomfort afterwards. I am so grateful for the skill with which he carried out the procedure and the thoughtful care I received throughout. My son, a plastic surgeon himself, recommended Mr. Dwivedi—and I now understand why he held him in such high regard. I feel truly fortunate to have been looked after by such a talented and compassionate surgeon. Thank you, Raghav, for everything.

As a plastic surgeon myself, I knew him to genuinely demonstrate the qualities that define exceptional surgical care; clinical skills, surgical precision, care and compassion. Dr R. Dwivedi was my second private ENT Thyroid Surgeon and Consultant i talked to (a 2nd private opinion, however he also works for NHS). He was my blessing after 'a not so good experience' with the first ENT Thyroid Consultant in another private hospital, and another missed diagnosis in NHS Watford. I found Dr. Dwivedi myself via the search and doctors catalogue for a second opinion on my Thyroid Nodule which was a 4 cm lump at a time. I had the nodule for nearly 4 years seeing different traditional and alternative specialists. Dr. Dwivedi listened to me, answered all my questions. He referred me to the best radiologist to do my Ultrasound scan and Fine Needle Aspiration with the top accuracy to see for sure where I was. He is simply incredible. I feel extremely grateful he operated on my neck. May I dare to say he was born to do what he does, a god in a human body. My new hero, and a magician. He was extremely thoughtful as a surgeon, delicate to my neck too, doing a stunning job leaving my neck cut in a great shape. I woke up with a small plaster over the area, looking fresh and full of enegy in less than 12 hours. I could not wish for anything better than Dr R. Dwivedi. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My appointment was a 2WW Head and Neck Referral from the GP. I was extremely anxious and nervous regarding my presenting condition of persistent ear ache and sore throat. Doctor Dwivedi Listened to me when explaining my symptoms and concerns and was very empathetic to my anxiety. I had various tests at Doctor Dwivedi's request and the results were explained to me with the opportunity to ask questions if I didn't understand anything. His manner was extremely caring and made me feel at ease in each consultation.

Mr Dwivedi was great - he listened to how my symptoms had been affecting me did a nasal endoscopy and allergy test. He diagnosed the condition prescribed a spray to take daily to relieve symptoms, which he explained how to take. He was very patient and thorough.
