The Grand Union Health Centre has been my local GP surgery for over 20 years. Since the location moved to Harrow Road I have noticed continuing improvements in the service provided by all who work there, both medical and administrative. The surgery is efficiently run and the staff very helpful.

The clinic made me feel safe in this current situation with Covid. Also the staff was helpful and nice.
Big shout out to Georgia (from Greece). Her good energy is contagious! It looks like she enjoys her job and working with customers.

I found some of the people on reception hard to understand (and English is my first language so it wasn't a language barrier issue). They need to speak more clearly and slower when they are behind screens and wearing masks
