Dr. Nandy took great care of my mother. My mother was recently diagnosed with a very rare parasitic fibroid and Dr. Nandy was able to remove this fibroid very carefully and ensured that she delivered person-centred and family centred care when looking after my mother. Dr. Nandy has been extremely friendly and professional throughout my mother’s care and ensured that the fibroid was removed in the most safest manner whilst minimising all other risks during the surgery. My mother and I have always looked forward to appointments with Dr. Nandy as she always takes the time to listen and attend to all our needs. I am very glad that Dr. Nandy looked after us and will never be able to thank her enough for everything she did for us.

I saw Dr Nandy and the nurse today for a colposcopy. Everything was explained clearly and effectively And although I was apprehensive I was put at ease. Both were chatty and relaxed me and the procedure was over quickly, before I had even realised it was complete. We talked through the results and feel confident I am in extremely professional and expert hands. In a short space of time Dr Nandy established trust, in a kind but authoritative manner. Thank you.

Dr Nandy performed a full and complete hysterectomy on me. Dr Nandy and her team were wonderful, they were caring, professional, informative and were friendly and took time to explain every part of the procedure and the aftercare. I really can’t thank her enough for all that she has done for me. Just wonderful x

Doctor Nandy was my consultant, gynaecology specialist and performed my surgery for full hysterectomy. I had the upmost trust and respect for her as she listened to Keenly and was able to respond to any queries or concerns that I had. Thank you, Doctor Nandy

I was on the fast-track pathway for possible ovarian cancer and Dr Nandy was my consultant/surgeon at St Thomas’ and Guy’s NHS Trust. She put me at ease straight away with her warmth and approachability. I felt I very comfortable with her when we shared a laugh and was pleased I was seeing a woman consultant. She took great care to explain what the next steps would be and answered my questions with patience and clarity. It was decided that a prophylactic total hysterectomy would be the best solution to my post-menopausal problems and I was added to her surgery list. I was extremely happy to see her smiling face on the day of my operation. She went through the procedure with me and made me feel at ease about what was to happen. I must also thank the anaesthesia team who calmed my anxiety and dealt with what became a slightly stressful situation with such kindness. I was discharged the following day but Dr Nandy rang me the following week to see how I was – a lovely personal touch which made me feel she actually cared. My histology follow-up appointment was arranged within weeks of my surgery which put me at ease. In fact all of the people I dealt with including the admin staff, nursing staff and Dr Nandy in the McNair Centre and those in the St Thomas’ day surgery unit and gynaecology ward were caring, kind and kept me informed. I am now 9 weeks post-op with barely any scars and feel much better. Thank you for everything. PS Re the I identify with question. I don't identify as female. I am female.
