Really good staff - professional, friendly and kind. This was from all staff including catering, portering, cleaning as well as the nurses. I felt very reassured that I was in good hands.

I informed the medical staff that I have 'white coat syndrome' which means I get very wound up when having to deal with any medical issues. They dealt with this very well and made me feel very comfortable.

The surgical , nursing and administrative staff have been very friendly, professional and supportive during my visits to the hospital for surgical procedure and aftercare.
I found the general hospital environment very pleasant and welcoming with excellent facilities including ease of car parking.

The staff on reception, nurses, porters, health care assistants, physiotherapists, surgeons and kitchen team were all nothing but friendly, professional and courteous for all of my appointments, stay and after care. What a wonderful team of people you have. Especially Yunis in Epping ward. A wonderful caring nurse with values and dedication that is a credit to her and her profession

I cant speak highly enough about The Clementine Churchill Hospital - all staff i came across were professional but also very nice and polite with a smile
I felt like i was in a hotel and the staff were very attentive to every need
I would recommend anybody to use this hospital if possible
