Having read the Covid instructions I had a scan last week. The reception staff were very casual, there after no social distancing, some masks. No testing to hear if I could hear the instructions, my eyes were closed because of glaucoma. When I asked if they would check the scan as I had been unable to hear the instructions the radiologist said no it was fine. No sign of any cleaning. Two friends one works in a hospital and the other had a scan at an NHS hospital. Were horrified at the above, totally opposite to their experiences.

Excellent Service at this hospital.would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Great hospital, until you come to the cafeteria, where the drinks menu is written in newly made up Maori words (ie "kapati" for "cup of tea" ) with an English translation alongside! This in a country where only 3% of us speak Maori (and only one in 5 maori people speak it! Amazing racial discrimination.

Horrifying way of treating patients. I was trying to enquire into a service. Members of staff, instead of trying to solve one's problem, would bounce the problem back to you. To make the matter worse, they were rude and even said that they do not care about you as a person.
