The whole team have been extremely helpful. The catering team and the nurses including Sheldon, Kayeshe and the nurse in charge when I first arrived (apologies I can’t remember her name).

Everything was well coordinated from my arrival. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, efficient and explained the whole process. They showed me how I could summon help if needed. They invited any questions i might have. I was very impressed with how everything was thought of, including a food menu for when the procedure was over.

The welcoming and friendly staff were exceptional.
