I am very happy being under Dr Lawrence’s care. He listens attentively, he is professional and friendly, and it never feels like I am being rushed in his appointments. He conducts in depth investigations and discusses treatment plans in detail and follows through with me diligently. We speak through everything in a-lot of detail and he always answers my questions thoroughly making me feel at ease. His at-home set up is very impressive as he is able to conduct all the testing that is needed. Overall, I am very pleased to have Dr Lawrence as my doctor!

I remember being taken to the family GP as a child. I remember my mum talking to the doctor at length about health matters and life more broadly. The doctor would take time to chat and of course do routine and symptom focused health checks. The doctor knew me, my conditions and my family. Fast forward 35 years and I cannot see my GP unless I’m lucky enough to win the appointment lottery. When I do see my GP, the appointment is brief. The GP does not know me any further than the first page of my medical records. I have been seeing Dr Lawrence as a Nephrology specialist for around 10 years. More recently I have been seeing him to discuss health matters I’d typically take to my GP. Dr Lawrence cares, is interested and takes the time look at my health overall. His excellent service reminds me of the GP visits I remember as a child. Cannot recommend highly enough. I feel very grateful to have such a great, highly qualified and supportive doctor on my side.

I have seen Dr Lawrence in the past and found him professional, experienced, understanding and very kind. When I had an emergency last week my daughter contacted him and he saw me that evening at The Consulting Room. He was so thorough in his consultation that he was able to ascertain that I needed admission to hospital immediately. At A and E I was able to present them with a letter that Dr Lawrence had written for me to take. I believe that without the consultation and information provided I would have got to hospital in a very serious condition later that week. During my stay in hospital Dr Lawrence was communicating with my family to keep updated on my progress. After 5 days I was discharged and saw Dr Lawrence who checked all my medication and made suggestions on how to move forward. I will be forever grateful for his professionalism and kindness and will always consult him first when necessary.

Dr. Lawrence is a highly attentive, kind and caring Physician. He took his time to unravel what is quite a complex medical history, and put together a very clear plan of action. Throughout the whole process he was very patient despite my hearing impairment and immobility, making the consultation far more engaging and pleasant from my perspective. I really do appreciate the thoroughness and thoughtful of his approach, and would unreservedly recommend him.
