Arrived at the location 3 minutes late, after a traffic accident locally that we had to navigate around. I had informed them from the car. They'd moved my appointment by half an hour back meaning that I was late for my next business call. The team and staff were super, and couldn't do enough on the communication. I wasn't given a copy of my MRI scan or any follow up communications. Phoning to ascertain how I do this just resulted in the phone ringing out constantly. Good organisation, trying times
