Felt it was inconvenient asking for some food for lunch ( just a simple sandwich)as late on morning surgical list and still in at 2 ish so was hungry.. just tea n biscuit not appropriate in this case.

Extremely happy with the treatment and care I have had at Pinehill, all the staff are just so friendly and helpful it made the process so easy.
I feel lucky to have had my treatment at such a pleasant and caring hospital.
I was seen on time, car parking on site was more than adequate.
Hospital not well sign posted from A602? from A1 northbound and sat nav took me to a residential address using website postcode.
Luckily the householder gave good directions to the hospital from their house. Other than that, no suggestions!
Firstly my dissatisfaction; does not refer in any way to the staff at the sharp end in the operating theatre. They are fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As are the staff in after care eg physio.
After care on the ward was abysmal. After 24 hours I called my husband to take me home as I did not feel save. I wrote to Pine Hill after my experience & received a full apology and some compensation.
Food was excellent.
This report refers to my second stay at this hospital for a full hip replacement. My previous stay 3 years ago was wonderful.

I found all staff at all times, responsive, helpful and kind
I have been treated with care and attention at Pinehill as have other members of my family.
If I need further treatment I would be very happy to return there.
