It didn’t feel like a hospital. It made me want to look at private health care

Dr Johal and the team was really great specially nurse Bev looked after me well .. food was excellent and well presented. Call back after I came home was superb.. excellent service

I cannot understand why Pinehill hospital do not offer testing facilities like Spire and A1 in Hatfiled. I did not expect to have to travel to A1 for heart monitoring when it could be carried out at Pinehill. I understand the clinician concerened has twice offered his services to Pinehill and received no reply

Amazing staff!! Amazing facilities!! I will recommend Pinehill to anyone that needs medical attention.

A great team, all professional. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed from the pre opp medical to walking out the door after the operation. This was my second attendance at Pinehill it was nice to see that the high standard was being maintained. Thank you to every one at Pinehill.

At busy times the car parking is a little difficult.

The operating team and theatre staff were absolutely excellent. However, I felt that the hospital was understaffed and a lot of my pre and post operative care was conducted by agency staff or student nurses. All of whom were very caring but appeared to have too many patients to care for and did not really know the facilities or hospital well.

Although my stay in the hosptal was short, two days. I found the hospital and the staff to be very well organised and attentive to all my needs. The follow-up support was also excellent from the nursing and physio staff, with recovery plans provided and follow-up calls at home and return visits to monitor my progress.
