Reviews
I highly recommend Mr Richard Freeman as an extremely skilled surgeon.
I had Toe fusion ,bone graft and gastroc release and I could not be happier with the out come.
Mr Freeman listens to you and explains everything with great patience and compassion.
Such a lovely man as well.
Very pleased indeed.
I am unable to make constructive suggestions as it would be impossible to improve on the care I received.
Mr Freeman was very patient, informative, knew exactly what the problem was and he discussed the procedure in full with me.
He has an excellent bedside manner and most importantly cares..
Many thanks for my treatment..
Warm regards

I recently saw Richard Freeman with regards to a foot problem. I thought Richard was great. He took time to explain everything to me in a way I can understand and was very thorough. Highly recommended!!
I saw Mr Freeman after months of having had a painful heel and foot. As an active sportswoman I had already done what I could in terms of stretching and icing having had some advice from a GP, podiatrist and physiotherapist. Having had an MRI confirmed an inflamed heel and tight/short muscles accecerbating the foot issue further. Mr Freeman’s advice differed from the GP and following his recommendations the foot showed signs of improvement quickly. He also explained surgical options should there not be significant improvement within months of me following his advice. I very much appreciated his holistic explanations, recommendations and he showed great understanding in my genuine need and want not to simply “put my feet up”.
Before meeting Mr Freeman I’d experienced some frustration in getting the correct diagnosis on an ankle injury that was preventing me from running and playing other sports. Despite having had an x-ray, Ultrasound and MRI Scans it wasn’t until coming under Richard’s care that I felt confident the problem had been correctly identified. He took time to explain the options to me, and after pursuing a course of physiotherapy that couldn’t rectify the issue, I recently had ligament reconstructive surgery. It was a successful procedure that has improved the functionality of my ankle and put me on the road to a full recovery and, I trust, a return to sporting activity.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard Freeman for both his expertise and his bedside manner.
