Many thanks to Mr Alkhaffaf for his excellent medical care and his skill in performing a laparoscopic surgical repair of an epigastric hernia.He has a first class 'bedside manner' and inspired confidence from the first consultation through to the post-operation meeting. An excellent surgeon who removed an oesophageal tumour. He went out of his way in providing care both before and after surgery. He regularly came to see me whilst I was an in patient and spent as much time as I required in speaking to me and answering my questions. I couldn't recommend him more.

Mr Alkkhaffaf dealt quickly with the removal of my gall bladder, from the initial consultation to the surgery itself. He was professional at all times and had a clear plan and rationale of what he was recommending. The surgery was a great success with a very quick recovery; more so than I have seen with other people I know, who have had this type of surgery undertaken by others. The keyhole surgery worked well for me, with minimal impact on my work and personal life and with little visible scarring. An excellent job and someone I would highly recommend.

I could not have wished for better care. Every step was explained fully and the procedure was carried out with total success. I felt confident in Mr Alkhaffaf from the first consultation onwards and also that i could contact him via his office if i had any concerns. Although i was an NHS referral to a private hospital, at no time did i feel "second class". I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf performed keyhole gallbladder surgery on me at the BMI Alexandra Hospital. He explained clearly the surgery, the need for it and the recovery time afterwards. He has a good clear manner and did a good job removing my gallbladder. Recovery was quick with no complications - I would recommend Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf.
