I received the highest quality of care from doctor Elmiyeh. He carried out a thorough examination of my ear and was most caring and generous with his time. He could see I was anxious and made a point of answering all my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone with ENT problems.

The doctor is very friendly. I received a warm welcome the first time I came with mum. The doctor was patient enough to explain to us the diagnoses of the health problem, the causes and the effective treatment required for it. Initially my mum seemed to doubt his opinion; she wanted the fastest route of treatment which was to burn the vessels. However the doctor was diligent to explain the risk. He showed us with diagrams how the nose looked like to justify his points and gave my mum a few months to experiment on the new nasal cream. To my greatest surprise, my mum complied with the instructions given and the outcome of the treatment was very successful! The doctor acknowledged my bravery and awarded me with a sticker. I would highly recommend him as a competent doctor to others as he met my needs in a satisfying manner.

Dr Elmiyeh is a very caring individual who was able to comfort me as he was very polite,professional and patient. I was quite stressed prior to the surgery; he was able to effectively explain the whole procedure which made me feel comfortable before the surgery took place. I have just come back from my 1 week follow up after a septorhinoplasty. I am very pleased with the result! Mr Elmiyeh had managed my expectations since this was all done on the NHS. However, i feel that he went above and beyond for me...and he did! Just before I went in for the procedure, Mr Elmiyeh gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and he answered them honestly and concisely. Mr Elmiyeh also gave me a personal call yesterday as he had noticed that i was not booked on his clinic(even though someone had told me that i was booked in for a certain time). He was diligent enough to notice this and came in earlier than usual this morning to examine me before he took leave tomorrow for the Christmas break. I know that my case was very tricky as i am Chinese (so not much nose to work with) but i couldnt have asked for a better surgeon. Mr Elmiyeh is very humble and approachable. A true gem that i am honoured to have met. I have learnt a lot from him and will endeavour to have a similar approach to him in my own professional setting.

My treatment with Mr Elmiyeh started approx 2 years ago and from start to finish i have had the most, efficient, professional and caring experience. Throughout the treatment i always fully understood the procedures, risks etc. Mr Elmiyeh always kept me fully informed and made sure my health and wellbeing was always top priority. I can' t thank Mr Elmiyeh enough for the amazing treatment he has given to me. He has completely transformed my life for the better. I now have a nose that i can breath through clearly and i love to look at. It is perfect!, a work of art. Mr Elmiyeh is very highly skilled man and has a passion for what he does in surgery and connecting with his patients and this shows in his truly amazing work.
