The doctor is very friendly. I received a warm welcome the first time I came with mum. The doctor was patient enough to explain to us the diagnoses of the health problem, the causes and the effective treatment required for it. Initially my mum seemed to doubt his opinion; she wanted the fastest route of treatment which was to burn the vessels. However the doctor was diligent to explain the risk. He showed us with diagrams how the nose looked like to justify his points and gave my mum a few months to experiment on the new nasal cream. To my greatest surprise, my mum complied with the instructions given and the outcome of the treatment was very successful! The doctor acknowledged my bravery and awarded me with a sticker. I would highly recommend him as a competent doctor to others as he met my needs in a satisfying manner.
