I have just come back from my 1 week follow up after a septorhinoplasty. I am very pleased with the result! Mr Elmiyeh had managed my expectations since this was all done on the NHS. However, i feel that he went above and beyond for me...and he did! Just before I went in for the procedure, Mr Elmiyeh gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and he answered them honestly and concisely. Mr Elmiyeh also gave me a personal call yesterday as he had noticed that i was not booked on his clinic(even though someone had told me that i was booked in for a certain time). He was diligent enough to notice this and came in earlier than usual this morning to examine me before he took leave tomorrow for the Christmas break. I know that my case was very tricky as i am Chinese (so not much nose to work with) but i couldnt have asked for a better surgeon. Mr Elmiyeh is very humble and approachable. A true gem that i am honoured to have met. I have learnt a lot from him and will endeavour to have a similar approach to him in my own professional setting.
