I saw Mark Simmons yesterday at the Manor Hospital as an NHS patient. Although the outcome wasn't what I had hoped for Mr Simmons and the team could not have been more caring or considerate. I was seen very quickly and Mr Simmons came out to meet me personally which I thought was very reassuring that I was about to be seen by someone who really cared about their patients. He then after thorough tests proceeded to explain everything to me. At no time did I feel that I was being rushed as things were explained to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Mrs Simmons and the team to anyone looking for the best care.

As soon as i arrived for my consultation he put me at ease explaining the different procedures taking his time when doing the tests.He made a second appointment for me to check my hearing didn't deteriorate after treatment. Very thorough and excellent manner. He explained everything to me and gave me reassurance in a knowledgeable and kind way. I saw him 3 times on the NHS and am now on his waiting list for some surgery. I have full faith in him and am confident I will feel better for it. I would definitely recommend him to other patients.
