I saw Mark Simmons yesterday at the Manor Hospital as an NHS patient.
Although the outcome wasn't what I had hoped for Mr Simmons and the team could not have been more caring or considerate. I was seen very quickly and Mr Simmons came out to meet me personally which I thought was very reassuring that I was about to be seen by someone who really cared about their patients.
He then after thorough tests proceeded to explain everything to me. At no time did I feel that I was being rushed as things were explained to me.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mrs Simmons and the team to anyone looking for the best care.
