Absolutely 5*! I had two other consultations but as soon as I saw Ken he made me feel comfortable, listened to and understood exactly what I wanted to achieve and all the anxiety that came along with it. He made me feel at ease and has been understanding and patient throughout the journey and I am so glad I chose him for my surgery. I was probably a little more of a worrier and anxious than others patients (sorry Ken lol) but Ken had the patience to cope with me and sending him emails with questions after questions… he always responded despite being so busy and having other patients. I am 5 weeks post op and can’t wait to see my final results. Ken listened to what I wanted to achieve from the start and talked honestly about the end results. He is a genuinely lovely person who really cares about what he does. He’s honestly made me feel so much better about myself and my confidence is on the up! Thank you so much Ken

From the first email I sent to Ken and his very speedy response I knew I was in great hands.
Having surgery isn’t something you think about overnight & nor is the surgeon. I had my consultation with Ken and we communicated via email. There was no pressure at all and I felt so comfortable with Ken doing the procedure.
My surgery went really well & I felt like I truly was in the best hands possible. The after care of the surgery and my results have been amazing.
I couldn’t have asked for anything better and I know even if I had questions now almost 6 months later, Ken would be happy to help.
My life has changed so much since meeting Ken. I now have so much more confidence in myself and truly am great full for everything he’s done for me.

I can’t recommend Dr Ken enough!! Right from my first consultation I was put at ease and made to feel comfortable all the way through to my aftercare. I could not fault it. The communication has been great at every stage of the process. I met and spoke with many different surgeons and instantly knew after meeting Dr Ken that I was in the best hands.
I will forever be grateful for Dr Ken’s service and how the results have made me feel and look.

My experience with Mr.Kok was amazing, i trusted him from the first consultation as i felt completely at ease, i was extremely nervous, yet he helped me with any worries and concerns and was very supportive. I could not fault him at all. I’m incredibly happy with the results and think he is truly amazing at his job.

Mr Kenneth Kok is a fully accredited UK trained Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic surgeon. He is registered with the General Medical Council and is on the specialist register for plastic surgery. He is a full member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery (BAPRAS), the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) and the British Medical Laser Association (BMLA). He has a busy NHS practice at the world renowned Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, a busy private practice at several private hospitals in Birmingham, and also runs a successful cosmetic and aesthetic clinic, Skin & Follicle, in Edgbaston Birmingham.
Ken graduated with MBChB from the University of Aberdeen medical school with distinction and honours in his finals. A 3 year basic surgical rotation followed, resulting in completion of the MRCS(Ed). He then undertook a period of research culminating in the award of Masters of Science with distinction.
He was accepted to the West Midlands plastic surgery training programme and following a period of intensive training, culminated in the award of FRCS(Plast). He has also completed the BTEC laser qualification. In addition, he has undertaken recognised National Fellowships in aesthetic surgery, laser surgery, hair transplantation and skin cancer surgery prior to his appointment as a consultant plastic surgeon. During this time, he worked with renowned experts in their respective fields. This broad training has taken Ken to various plastic surgery units around the UK including the West Midlands, Nottingham, Norfolk & Norwich, Swansea and Durham.
Ken has published extensively in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery with articles in peer-reviewed plastic surgery journals, and a book chapter in reconstruction of the head & neck. Ken has also presented at international and national plastic surgery meetings and is a reviewer for the British Journal of Surgery and the Journal of Plastic and Aesthetic Research. In addition, Ken has a passion for teaching and acts as an educational supervisor and mentor for plastic surgery trainees within the West Midlands plastic surgery training rotation.
