Today was my first appointment with Mr Malahias, I’ve been using lots of different clinics across London trying to find a doctor who I can really trust to get the best results and today I found him! The whole experience with Marco was amazing, I get very nervous about pain but can honestly say I felt settled and well looked after the entire time - he is so gentle and takes his time with the appointment, at no point did I feel as if I was being rushed on for the next patient to arrive (as I have with other clinics). The results of my treatments are fantastic, you can really tell when you’ve been to a trained professional - I can’t recommend Mr Malahias highly enough. V pleased!

Dr malahias was the only surgeon that managed to fix my belly buttons appearance after my pervious hernia operations. He took careful consideration and he kindly understood my whole point of view. Even on the day of the surgery he was kind cheerful and was being funny and trying to take my attention away from the actual surgery. He asked me throughout my opinion on the appearance to make sure I was happy. He is the best surgeon I have ever had and I would 100% recommend, thank you once again Dr Malahais.

Dr. Malahias had a remarkable understanding of my personality, catering to individual preferences in how medical information is delivered. As a straightforward individual myself, I appreciated his no-nonsense approach to discussing my cancer diagnosis and treatment options. He adeptly communicated complex information in layman’s terms, making it easy to comprehend without overwhelming scientific jargon. One area for improvement could be in handling logistical challenges, such as scheduling surgeries. During my admission, there was a no misunderstanding regarding my arrival time but due to communication issues with the ward buzzer and my poor telephone signal reception, this was seen as if I arrived half hour late for my day surgery. While I understand the efforts made by the administrative staff to reach me, this situation could potentially disrupt the operating list and cause additional stress for both patients and medical staff. Implementing alternative communication methods or ensuring better buzzer response could mitigate such issues in the future, ensuring smoother scheduling processes for all involved. Other than that I am completely happy with care offered and naturally of my outcome. Elaine Soden
