Mr Makki listened attentively on our first meeting and did everything he could to provide me with excellent care, despite Covid constraints at the time. After my shoulder operation was unexpectedly complicated, he explained this clearly and gave reassuring and realistic expectations for my short and longer term recovery. He was supportive and encouraging with my progress and clear about next steps so I am discharged with 95% recovery to a shoulder joint from a younger me and certainty the last bit of stiffness at full extension is lessening day by day. I can’t recommend Mr Makki enough. The care and attention he gave pre-op was faultless. It was a complicated surgery but he was clear about the possible outcomes from the beginning. He did an amazing job and was able to repair my rotator cuff superbly. The after care was also exemplary.
