My only criticism is the car park, for one appointment I had to park outside someone's house. More parking spaces are needed. Apart from that everything was 'perfect'. My surgeon, Mr Parmar was fantastic as were the anaesthetists, the nursing staff, the physiotherapists, the radiologists, the caterers, the admin staff, the porter and everyone else at the hospital. And finally appointment times were accurately adhered to with very little waiting involved.

I felt the staff were very helpful and kind. There is a calm atmosphere which helps to put patients at ease. The surroundings are pleasant and clean. It is run very professionally and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

The ward staff were excellent and gave me exceptional care during my admission and my stay.
The Theatre team was excellent and treated me with dignity and ensured that i was comfortable and happy during my surgery which was carried out under spinal anaesthetic.
The Pharmacist was excellent prior to my discharge giving me very clear and concise instructions about my medication that had been prescribed.
Every member of staff that i came into contact were very caring and always supportive.
An excellent patient experience and highly recommended

The hospital is undergoing building works but it does not appear to impact the day to day routine
