Mr Makki listened attentively on our first meeting and did everything he could to provide me with excellent care, despite Covid constraints at the time. After my shoulder operation was unexpectedly complicated, he explained this clearly and gave reassuring and realistic expectations for my short and longer term recovery. He was supportive and encouraging with my progress and clear about next steps so I am discharged with 95% recovery to a shoulder joint from a younger me and certainty the last bit of stiffness at full extension is lessening day by day. A kind, intuitive professional who I recommend without reservation. Thank you so much.
