Dr. Alkhaffaf was wonderful. He came in to do emergency surgery on me, he took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions in a kind way. He even called my husband, who was in the U.S., after the surgery to let him know how it went. When I thought of a question for him after he had been back to answer my questions, he called back right away to answer it. Thank you so much for your kindness and your expert work. It was pleasing and reassuring to be treated as a person seeking help, and not just another statistic.In consultation with Mr.Alkhaffaf, there was no sense of haste, even though Mr Alkhaffaf was running late with his consultations and probably a list of surgical procedures to do in the afternoon. He was honest in spelling out the pros and cons of the procedure he proposed to follow and he saw the whole course of treatment through to a successful conclusion. Throughout the whole experience, from the initial consultation to the final meeting, some 15 weeks later (Christmas and New Year intervened) I felt that Mr Alkhaffa was taking a personal interest in my case. I greatly appreciate his highly skilful completion of my surgery.

I wouldlike to thank Mr Alkhaffaf for the wonderful experience I had as an NHS patient at the Alexandra Hospital. I was treated with the upmost respect from start to finish...starting with my initial appointment where everything was explained thoroughly through to my operation one week later. On the day of the operation I met Mr Alkhaffaf and his team prior to surgery. Everything went smoothly, exact timings of when things would happen all the way through the discharge. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this surgeon and hospital. I can't comment negatively on even one thing. thank you
