It was pleasing and reassuring to be treated as a person seeking help, and not just another statistic.In consultation with Mr.Alkhaffaf, there was no sense of haste, even though Mr Alkhaffaf was running late with his consultations and probably a list of surgical procedures to do in the afternoon. He was honest in spelling out the pros and cons of the procedure he proposed to follow and he saw the whole course of treatment through to a successful conclusion.
Throughout the whole experience, from the initial consultation to the final meeting, some 15 weeks later (Christmas and New Year intervened) I felt that Mr Alkhaffa was taking a personal interest in my case.
I greatly appreciate his highly skilful completion of my surgery.
