after a very difficult year, numerous health issues, we were advised to meet with Dr Alkhaffaf. he was very thorough in understanding the precise nature of the problem, used scans and bloods test for accurate diagnosis, very well explained every next step and most re assuring. the operation was a "little complex" but once again great feedback and guidance through the healing process. even during the healing process when my confidence was a little low, a simple email to Dr Alkhaffaf was returned immediately and i felt re assured once again. thank you for getting me back to normal. My mum had been suffering from achalasia for ten years and had been treated with endoscopic botox injections three times by a consultant at our local hospital, with very minimal effect. In recent months my mum's condition had worsened considerably and it got to the point where she had been unable to eat anything for weeks and had become very poorly. Fortunately I found Mr Alkhaffaf online and was able to make an appointment very quickly. Three weeks later he performed a laparoscopic Heller's cardiomyotomy and fundoplication on my mum. It has now been six weeks since surgery and my mum is feeling so much better and is able to eat again. From the first consultation, through to surgery and follow up consultations, Mr Alkhaffaf showed my mum much professionalism, in addition to kindness and understanding. He took time to explain everything to us in much detail and my mum felt very much at ease prior to and after the operation. As a family we cannot thank Mr Alkhaffaf enough. I truly believe he has saved my mum's life.

I first saw mr alkhaffaf in December 2017 and very quickly had a gastroscope to help identify an issue I was concerned with. We then had follow up tests as a precaution and I am now changing my lifestyle around the issues quickly identified and diagnosed.
