Lyndsey made me feel relaxed, she is down to earth and a lovely person. She gave great advice and always had time for my questions. I never felt rushed at any of my appointments. During my inital consultations Miss Highton gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision with realistic expectations about what the surgery would achieve. As my primary reason for having a breast reduction was to help with ongoing neck and back pain, this expectation management was really importnant. She was kind, friendly and professional throughout. It is clear to me that Miss Highton's surgical skills are second to none, she is an artist with an eye for producing natural looking results in keeping with your frame and size. I am nearly 6 weeks post-op and couldn't be more pleased with my results. I feel like I now look the way I always should have! My neck and back pain, whilst not complelety gone, is considerably better and seems to be easing more and more as my spine gets used to my new frame and posture. My scars are neat and fully healed and I think this is testament to Miss Hightons surgical skills.

Incredible! You can tell by talking to her that she genuinely cares for you and what you need. I searched for someone for months and after lots of reading about different surgeons I knew she was the one I wanted to carry out my surgery - I was NOT disappointed! I am more than pleased with every little bit of the service I was provided and more importantly the results. She firstly suggested taking roughly 1KG from each breast but following the op Lyndsey advised she realised she actually only needed to take 800g from each side which shows even though she had made an initial plan she realised throughout the op that that wasn’t best for me and she re adjust her plan and carried out the surgery based on what was best for myself and my needs. This to me proves I wasn’t just another way patient or another number to her! I now feel like a whole new woman after the surgery. Successful op with NO complications what so ever and the healing was so much better than I expected. The follow up care is unquestionable- constantly reassuring you and ensuring you know that they are there for you for any worry, concern or question you have. Cannot thank her enough. Michaela :)

From first meeting with Lyndsey to discuss my breast reduction and lift I felt at ease and confident in her ability. She is professional but didn’t use too much medical jargon and explained things to me really well. I am more than delighted with my results and I’m so impressed with the recovery, it’s taken around half the time I thought it would. Lyndsey is a very talented surgeon who is dedicated and passionate about genuinely helping people achieve the best results that are specific to them. I have already recommended her to two friends that are considering similar surgery. I am amazed with the results but more pleased about how I feel, not weighed down! I wish I had done this 10 years ago. My procedure and all out patients appointments have been at Euxton Hall but the form doesn’t give an option for it.
