During my inital consultations Miss Highton gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision with realistic expectations about what the surgery would achieve. As my primary reason for having a breast reduction was to help with ongoing neck and back pain, this expectation management was really importnant. She was kind, friendly and professional throughout. It is clear to me that Miss Highton's surgical skills are second to none, she is an artist with an eye for producing natural looking results in keeping with your frame and size. I am nearly 6 weeks post-op and couldn't be more pleased with my results. I feel like I now look the way I always should have! My neck and back pain, whilst not complelety gone, is considerably better and seems to be easing more and more as my spine gets used to my new frame and posture. My scars are neat and fully healed and I think this is testament to Miss Hightons surgical skills.
