I am into my 3rd month post breast reduction surgery and highly recommend Lyndsey. After much research into this procedure I chose to approach Lyndsey due to her medical background in breasts and also with her cosmetic expertise. Being obese and very top heavy most consultants expect patients to lose weight before operating. I contacted Lyndsey and felt that she was very understanding of my issue and concerns; extremely friendly and I always felt that all my questions were answered more than satisfactorily. I had a slight healing problem with one of my breasts and am absolutely relieved I chose Lyndsey and her team as they accommodated to see me whenever I had any concerns. Absolutely happy with my outcome and treatment.

My experience with Ms Highton was extremely good. In fact, it is hard to make any suggestions to improve. Having found a small lump in my breast and been referred to the local NHS hospital I was told it could be a rupture on my implants of 35+ but they did not give me any suggestions as to how this could be confirmed. I was just given choices, none of which made me feel at all confident, so took the option to 'watch and wait'. Having then spoken to my GP I was referred to Ms Highton who arranged for an MRI scan which confirmed that the implants had, in fact, ruptured. I then arranged for a date to have the implants replaced. The procedure left me somewhat tender for 3 or 4 weeks but they then became much more comfortable. By six weeks post surgery they had healed well and the discomfort had virtually disappeared. The procedure was well worth having done and Ms Highton was wonderfully supportive throughout.

After considerable apprehension about seeking out surgery to remove loose skin after weight loss, I did some online research and discovered Ms Highton. At the initial appointment she made feel very comfortable and explained the possible procedures that could be pursued as well as detailing any side effects that could occur. I then decided to go ahead with a concurrent abdominoplasty and gynaecomastia surgery and scheduled the date. I attended several more appointments prior to the surgery and each time was met with friendliness and professionalism which instilled considerable confidence going into the operation. This was justified after seeing the results of the operation which were fantastic and a complete transformation from what I had been dealing with previously. The care I received post surgery was also great and I was always made aware of what I should be doing and avoiding to achieve the best results. The pain post surgery was also a lot less than what I had imagined and I found it quite manageable and was soon up an about, although your mileage may vary. I would highly recommend Ms Highton to any others seeking surgery of this kind.

I had a breast reduction. After searching forever for consultants I finally found the one that understood! Lyndsey is absolutely perfect, she’s well mannered, very empathetic and just a generally lovely person. I was 18 at the time of getting it done and very scared but Lyndsey was like a mum for me in a professional sense, made me feel completely at ease and did a perfect job at my breasts. After having them done I feel like a whole new person and Lyndsey is definitely at the core of the me finally loving myself!

I have always had droopy boobs with large areolas ! I’ve never had “beautiful” breasts, and always longed for an improvement in what I had. I have had two previous breast augmentation surgeries by two male surgeons ( 1999 & 2009) each time I hoped that the implants would improve the appearance of my breasts. Originally, I was naturally a C cup, after my first surgery I became a DD cup, then 10 years later after my second surgery I became an F cup, I just felt that each time I was having to have bigger breast implants to fill them out. This time I found Lyndsey Highton, and what a breath of fresh air that first consultation was, I explained my past surgeries, and what I had tried to achieve, and how I longed for pert breasts with small areolas, Miss Highton was very understanding and I felt that as a female she understood me. And now, 22 years after my first breast augmentation, I finally have the breasts I have longed for all my life. I have smaller implants than before, my breasts are pert and my areolas are much smaller, they look fantastic ! And, the scars are amazing too, they are so fine and barely noticeable. Miss Highton is an amazing surgeon, with a great understanding of what a woman would like to achieve from her surgery, and I can’t recommend her highly enough !
