My experience with Ms Highton was extremely good. In fact, it is hard to make any suggestions to improve. Having found a small lump in my breast and been referred to the local NHS hospital I was told it could be a rupture on my implants of 35+ but they did not give me any suggestions as to how this could be confirmed. I was just given choices, none of which made me feel at all confident, so took the option to 'watch and wait'. Having then spoken to my GP I was referred to Ms Highton who arranged for an MRI scan which confirmed that the implants had, in fact, ruptured. I then arranged for a date to have the implants replaced. The procedure left me somewhat tender for 3 or 4 weeks but they then became much more comfortable. By six weeks post surgery they had healed well and the discomfort had virtually disappeared. The procedure was well worth having done and Ms Highton was wonderfully supportive throughout.
