Was amazing, when I first went was nervous about the idea of the operation however after I’d met Dr Turton felt at ease as he was so friendly and polite. He went through everything in detail to make sure I understood exactly what would happen. Even the day of the operation he visited prior to make sure I was okay and settling in. His work is absolutely amazing neat and tidy can hardly tell I’ve had the operation look natural exactly what I asked for. All the check ups I had after he was friendly made sure I was feeling okay. Overall he was great wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the surgery 100% would recommend

I was recommended Mr Turton by a friend & I wasn’t disappointed. I was adamant that I wanted a natural shape & wanted to suit my frame. I left this in Mr Turton’s capable hands & he delivered what he promised. Nobody has noticed which is what I wanted. Mr turton & his staff made me feel at ease & I love the end result.

Mr Turton is very approachable, listened and showed care and understanding. He explained the appropriate procedure and answered questions in a straightforward and reassuring way. I felt totally confident with his knowledge, skills and experience. From my first appointment, through the procedure itself and aftercare I always felt treated with respect and kindness. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Turton.

I had amazing care with Mr Turton from my initial consultation, operation and aftercare. He reassured me throughout and made me feel at ease (especially due to the horror stories i had heard about double mastectomy and reconstruction surgery)! Mr Turton was kind caring and considerate and listened to all my questions without rushing me and answered them fully. My surgery appointment was on time which i was so pleased about due to my job as a childminder. Mr Turton informed me of a strict regime i needed to adopt at home and after following this I have made an amazing recovery and i feel so good. I really don't know where I would be without this fantastic care from Mr Turton and his team. A constructive suggestion would be to ask the nurses on discharge and to amend certain literature (the exercise chart, booklet and internet) to follow Mr Turton's aftercare procedure. For example not exercising straight away, showering and movement of arms.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience from my very first appointment with Mr Turton to the end of my treatment. During an uncertain time, he provided excellent advice, surgery and aftercare. He listens to your concerns and acts on them and just really fills you with confidence for the future. Thank you Mr Turton!
