Not sure if I actually saw Mr Parkur personally, but the Consultants I saw put me at my ease and gave me good advice and explained the operation. With regard to my stay in King George’s for the operation, which I had on the 11th January, I can only give the highest praise for all the Staff. Everybody, without exception, were so kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble, any time of the day or night, for which I am very grateful.

When I first met Mr Parkar to discuss my up and coming hip operation he put me at ease right away and spoke to me lay mans language which is just what you want at this stage. The operation went without a hitch and he came to see me the day I was going home and had a chat to se if I had any queries or worry about the operation which I didn't have. Had my 3 month check up he asked how I was getting on told him I had few aches which was to be expected but apart from that ever thing was fine. If I have to have any other Orthopaedic operations I told him I would want him to do it.

I suffered a plethora of injuries on my right knee during a badminton session in Jan 2022 that were picked up in an MRI scan. I am so happy that Doctor Asif explained every injury in great detail and advised me on best possibilities for future with and without an ACL reconstruction. He listened to my queries patiently and answered them all. I am hoping that intensive physio will help me recover over time and if not, I am very sure Dr. Parkar would be the best surgeon for ACL recouperation. Thank you very much Doctor!

Mr.Parkar was very understanding and informative. He explained everything in detail which helped my 85 year old mother (Mrs Beryl Hanna ) a great deal. We would recommend Mr Parkar to anybody that needed information regarding their individual joint problems. He is a very caring and compassionate man. Mrs N. Tobin (mrs Hanna’s daughter). I was allowed in with my mum as she has trouble hearing and digesting information . If you ask in advance you will be allowed to take someone in with you for your appointment .
