My experience at Nuffield in Brentwood was excellent. I had a painful hernia which was affecting my work, and was treated by Dr Pittathankal and his team. Great experience all the way from start to finish.

This hospital is first class. The nursing staff are very good well looked after. All other staff at the hospital are first class to from the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff they are all very good.i felt very well looked after from the moment I arrived to the moment I went home .VERY GOOD HOSPITAL. thanks.....

I had a really positive experience with Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital. I felt safe, reassured, relaxed and really understood and listened to. I had never had surgery before, let alone stayed that amount of time in hospital, but I was taken care of very well. The nurses are all very kind, patient and took their time so I didn't feel rushed but that my needs were being met. I'd really recommend considering having your surgery here if you are having one!

The treatment I received was excellent, the food, the drugs, the nurses and the total aftercare, even though I was an NHS patient, all was, excellent. I could not have wished for better attention during my stay albeit only from 13 th to 15 th March.

I felt completely looked after from the moment I set foot into reception prior to my surgery. A lady collected me & showed me to a room, the nurse came and introduced herself & was so efficient checking everything & telling me the plan for the day. The porter was funny and distracting me down to theatre. The anaesthetist was kind & reassuring in my pre op worrying, as was the nurse in the anaesthetic room. I don’t remember getting back after the operation but Claudia my allocated nurse was there doing her job and spent the day answering my questions & she was brilliant. Just a good experience all round. The nursing assistants were also all so lovely. Discharge was smooth, my drugs were ready, instructions & post op care & follow up all booked by the efficient staff the next day. A seamless service which I feel lucky to have received.

Having not been in hospital since the age of 7 years old (now 63) I was more than a little hesitant to say the least......... I really happy to say my hesitance was totally unfounded as my whole time in Nuffield was an absolute pleasure. The proffesionalism and attitude of the staff was first class, always with a smile and the care I received was fantastic! I can assure anybody who is considering a visit to Nuffield Health Brentwood that you'll receive the best possible care going!
