The staff at Spire Hartswood were wonderful. Very professional and the coffee was wonderful. I was happy to wait a little longer for my consultation but I was seen a few minutes before schedule. Very impressed.

What a wonderful place to receive treatment, my knee replacement was carried out by Dr Parker, who was fantastic.
All the staff from reception to surgeon were fantastic, and sure they went beyond what was standard service.
If I may I would like to give a special thank you to an out patient nurse, Sam she really helped me when I returned for aftercare, she is an angel.
Would recommend the Spire Brentwood to everyone, especially if you have a choice of hospitals.
Thank you very much Spire Brentwood.

A relaxed and happy atmosphere. Highly attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent environment and facilities in which to undergo the operation and recover afterwards.

All the staff were most kind and helpful even at the end of the second operation the nurse obtained a wheelchair and took my wife from the operation area down to the car and made sure she was in the car to go home.
The only problem at Heartwood is can be difficult at times to get parked

From my first consultation to my post op appointment, spire has been amazing! All the staff were so kind and caring making me feel at ease.
From receptionists, ward staff including nurses and porters. All the threate team and my consultant I cant find fault with anything.
Very clean and a welcoming place for major surgery
