I didn't know what to expect when I went to see Mr.Materson, but when he looked at my X-Ray and told me I needed a new hip, he explained what he was going to do, he put my mind at rest. I can honestly say he has done a fantastic job, a very caring consultant who puts patients first, because I was scared. I have been back to see him after my operation, told him I can't thank him enough for giving me my pain free life back, he's a very humble person and a credit to his profession. So once again THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

Found Mr Masterson through a friend who had a hip replacement. I needed the same and finding him was my lucky day. I loved my previous active and physical life which was slowly but surely ebbing away. After a thorough review and diagnosis it was agreed between myself and Mr Masterson that a full hip replacement was needed. The operation was undertaken and was a great success. I am now 10 months post operative and back to paddle boarding, kayaking, walking, Pilates, swimming and even the rapids at Centre Parcs with my Grandchildren. Life is good. Thank you Mr. Masterson

Before selecting Mr Masterson to carry out a total hip replacement I researched several other surgeons CV's. and was impressed with his various experiences at different hospitals. I was impressed with him on our first meeting as he was a good listener and gave honest answers to my queries. I have been very satisfied with the operation and the follow up appointments with both Mr Masterson and the physio allocated to me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring this kind of surgery.
