very strict with whom he sees in his clinics. Doesn't seem like he will take an add on job to help the service/team or if does will make it clear that he is doing a massive favour. I understand Doctors have a very tight schedule but it would never kill to go the extra mile for the patients and the team.

Therefore I have to be fair in what I do as that is expected of me and my ethical principles. He has given good advice, listened to my situation carefully, and clearly listed the different steps to my future recovery. For improvement, it's less for him and more for hospitals. I think there should be more help available post-surgery, it was not ideal that I could not contact a professional that was educated on my issue without spending 17 hours in A&E, followed by a further 7 hours in A&E the following week.
