He has given good advice, listened to my situation carefully, and clearly listed the different steps to my future recovery. For improvement, it's less for him and more for hospitals. I think there should be more help available post-surgery, it was not ideal that I could not contact a professional that was educated on my issue without spending 17 hours in A&E, followed by a further 7 hours in A&E the following week.

Totally put me at ease on the morning of my surgery. He was very informative, whilst warm and professional. He answered all my questions in a non hurried manner. My surgery results are outstanding.
