I have been seeing Dr Jones for a number years. He is always professional, knowledgeable and very understanding. He takes time to answer questions and provide as much information as possible about my condition to ensure that I understand what is going on and what the next steps to help me should be. Friendly and welcoming and not far off appt time. Dr Jones listened well and was very clear and helpful in his responses. He took time to answer my 5 points and was up to date with medical research inc any changes and willing to offer the best help he could. He always takes into account my willingness or resistance to any changes etc. There were none today. I have confidence in him and am grateful for his diligence, expertise and time. "Thank you."
