It was pleasure to be a patient under Dr Shah, from my first appointment to my last. Having both partial knee replacements performed by Dr Shah has given myself a new lease of life. My knees have heeled extremely well and I am back to work after 5 months, Walking has become pleasurable again after so many years of walking in pain, also my confidence has returned to me with regard to wearing trousers again. [This was important to me]. Dr Shah made me feel comfortable through out the whole process.I would definetly recommend Dr Shah to family and friends who require similar treatment to my self. I have been Mr Zameer Shah’s patient since July 2010 when he performed total hip replacement for my right hip in Guys Hospital with excellent outcome. The whole experience, pre and post surgery, was gratifyingly satisfying to me as Mr Shah listened all my worries and answered my questions before the surgery, and I could resume my long distance walk perfectly normally few weeks after as I can to this day. I was admitted a day before the surgery and still anxious about pain. When he came to see me on the day, I repeated my question ‘How much painful I will be coming out of surgery? ’. He simply pulled my jumper sleeve a bit and said ‘That much’!. That totally clamed me down and I was ready. Over the years, Mr Shah has reviewed me regularly and he has always been ready to answer whatever questions I have with my hip or my exercise, and other related health issues. He also makes his best to see me in his clinic when I needed. Mr Shah never forgets his old patients. I consider myself very fortunate to have been treated and to have still been cared for by such an expert and a genuinely kind doctor like Mr Shah whom my family and I are most grateful and will be forever.

Dr Shah was very good from the outset, through the first consultation to the actual operation and final visit, he put me at ease and explained everything very well. The operation went very smoothly and I really couldn't have asked for any better. Would thoroughly recommend this doctor, nice man as well I might add.
