I had a hip replacement on 22 Oct 2025 at Chelsfield. The overall experience was brilliant, the care and attention to detail is very good. The staff were fantastic, very caring and unusually for a hospital they seemed to be happy working there. The food was extremely good and the room spotless. I would recommend this hospital without any hesitation.

Thank you Chelsfield Park Hospital for the wonderful care given by all your staff, from the welcoming reception staff with their smiles, to the kitchen staff with their delicious freshly prepared food (for healing and for the soul), the porters transporting us so carefully, the physiotherapists, and ESPECIALLY, the wonderful nurses, the theatre staff, and of course the doctors, and the surgeons. I was a nhs patient, I had a problem in both knees with severe case of rhematoid arthuritis had multiple arthroscopic operations on knee which included shaving the knee and adding a gel, followed by physiotherapy. I have ended up in a worse case and worse position than what I was originally. Would not reccomend this hospital at all.

The whole experience from start to finish was dealt with so expertly and with compassion to my condition. All the staff, from the front desk staff, to the nursing staff and X-Ray radiographer were amazing and so kind. I was treated with respect and care during my post operative stay in the hospital, and this followed on on my after care with the physiotherapist and Mr Jain himself.

Every one of the staff I encountered at Chelsfield Hospital during and after my recent NHS hip replacement were very caring, kind and efficient. The environment was very conducive to recovery and I would really like to say a big thank-you to the Day Ward Sister, Anna and the Night Ward Sister, Evelyn, they were amazing.
