I’ve been to Chelmsford Hospital many times my personal consultant is 10 out of 10 all of the staff and the nurses are exactly the same. You get treated with respect and kindness and I’ve always felt very safe there.

I would never recommend this hospital or any other hospital owned by Circle Healthcare. It is my opinion that they are dishonest, deceitful and amateurs. An incompetent surgeon wrecked my eyesight, and everyone involved gave me false information and excuses. Their complaints process is deliberately convolution and they do whatever they can to evade their responsibility. Management claimed expertise they don't have, and they covered up for the surgeon's incompetence. They even said another of their surgeons would have done the same thing! Due to their bungling incompetence, I have had to seek treatment from the NHS and I still have proof with my eyesight. It has literally destroyed my life. Please don't be fooled. They give the impression of being good, but when things go wrong, they turn their back on you. My advice is not to trust them.

I was really well looked after at Chelsfied Park Hospital. All the staff, from the bottom to the top, were really attentive and very professional. In fact it was a wonderful experience. I must mention the physio staff, again they were very knowledgeable and really help me in my recovery.
