I had an elective sleeve gastrectomy performed by Mr Monkhouse in June 2015. The operation has been a tremendous success and has been a lifechanging experience. The care from Simon and his team has been 5 star throughout the whole process. I thoroughly recommend Mr Monkhouse and his team.

Before I decided to go through with weighloss surgery I went to visit lots of clinics - Simon stood out from the others i didn't feel like just a number to him he actually took intrest and was very supportive he explained through all my options and was completely honest about the negatives and positives from each operation I decided to have a band that was almost 2 years ago now - I was very nervous but I didn't need tonne - he has been kind and supportive the whole time - it's lovely to have a surgeon who cares! I believe that the amazing support I have been given by Simon and his team has help me succeed! I appreciate all Simon and his team have done for me Would highly recommend him to any one - Best thing I have ever done and by one of the best surgeons not only a a lovely guy - but has the most amazing team by his side to complete the amazing service that I received

Having had a rather unexpected visit to A&E resulting in the requirement of my gallbladder needing to be removed, I contacted Mr. Simon Monkhouse to seek further advice and consultation. I cannot recommend Mr. Monkhouse enough, he was quick to respond, ensured a speedy scan, consultation and removal of my gallbladder within 4 working days from my initial contact. His constant care and attention to detail, ensuring that each stage was explained to me fully prior to the operation, followed by the daily contact after my operation to ensure that I was recovering well was simply fantastic. The expertise, care and attention provided is a benchmark that many should strive to achieve!
