Thank you to all staff at East Surrey hospital, including reception, coffee shop, nurses and doctor. Everyone treated me with a smile.

Generally, always impressed with East Surrey hospital and its staff.
My only suggestion for improvement was that I received two appointment letters to see two different consultants at exactly the same date and time(10:00 on 2/11/2024) at the main outpatients. That was confusing and I assume one superceded the other and do hope that I didn't miss the second appointment.

I was very impressed with the Ophthalmology Department at ESH. Similarly with the Cardiac Department. Both of which I have used recently.

I would stress that I had my two complex glaucoma operations at Crawley Hospital.
However all my pre operation appointments were at East Surrey Hospital and all
my post operation appointments were also at East Surrey Hospital.
On that basis I can advise that I was truly inspired by the help given by all
the staff and the amazing efficiency of the Hospital in all aspects.
Many staff went above and beyond to help you at the hospital
and all are undoubtably an amazing credit to our National Health Service.
