I was treated in the cardiac aversion ward/clinic. It was spotlessly clean and very well staffed. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, they took the time to explain everything thing to both myself and my wife. The nurse in charge, Evelyn was fantastic and is an absolute credit to both this service and the NHS. Thank you doesn’t seem enough.

I HAD A COLONOSCOPY PROCEDURE TODAY AND WAS SO VERY IMPRESSED BY THE TEAM AT THE EDOSCOPY UNIT . THE WHOLE PROCEDURE WAS AS QUICK AS IT COULD HAVE BEEN, HARDLY ANY WAITING AROUND AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND YET VERY FRIENDLY . STAFF PRESENT DURING THE PROCEDURE WERE VERY CARING . I WAS GIVEN PLENTY OF ADVICE AND WAS TOLD EXACTLY WHAT THE FOLLOW UP WOULD INVOLVE AND TIME SCALES . IT MADE AN UNCOMFORTABLE PROCEDURE A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN EXPECTED - AND THIS WAS TOTALLY DUE TO THE EFFICIENCY AND THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SO A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF .

Every member of staff I came into contact with was friendly, professional and patient with me. The hospital was clean, well sign posted and a peaceful environment.

The staff were very helpful at all my eye appointments prior to surgery
