Mr Paul Trikha

I started seeing Paul Trikha some 2 years ago with arthritis in my left knee. I am quite young to have a total knee replacement so over the past 2 years I have had an arthroscopy and steroid injections but nothing has worked long term. On 6 October I had a total knee replacement. I was very nervous although Paul told me not to worry he would worry. Two weeks on, I am walking better than I have for several years, I can straighten my knee which I have not been able to do, I can bend my knee to over 100 degrees. There is some pain but it is manageable. My physio tells me that Mr Trikha has done a wonderful job. I know this by the range of movement and ability to walk. I cannot thank him enough for his care, skill and kindness.

I saw Mr Trikha after I injured my knee playing netball. I had seen a couple of other surgeons before I was recommended to see Mr Trikha as he is a renowned specialist in this field. He diagnosed an ACL tear and rapidly organised an MRI scan to confirm. I went on to have my ACL reconstructed by him. Mr Trikha took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and not in medical terminology as I was really anxious about surgery having not had any operations before. I felt very confident in him to fix my knee. The operation was a great success, and Mr Trikha was able to show me photos of the inside of my knee showing the situation before and after the repair. Since having surgery and subsequent physio sessions my knee feels better than ever and I'm now back to running and sports. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Trikha. He is extremely professional and thorough.

I had total knee replacement surgery done by Mr Trikha in both knees in April and August 2014 and cannot recommend him highly enough. Before surgery I was in a lot of pain and unable to walk very far at all. He was very kind and explained everything at each stage. His team were also excellent and the care I received from Mr Trikha, the nursing staff and physio made the whole process easy to cope with. The surgery was life changing. I am now pain free and able to enjoy life again. Thank you!

I had a total knee replacement two years ago , and have just my second knee replaced. The operations have transformed my life . After both operations I was home after twenty four hours with no problems at all . All aspects of the hospital care has been first class . Mr Trikha explained every thing at great length . After years of severe knee problems and pain and difficulty walking this operation has changed my life for the better.
