Thank you Grace, Physio, for your outstanding and ongoing support and care, after my hip replacement. The difference between when I started some 6 - 7 months ago and now is fantastic. Full range of movement is back, after some problems earlier and normal walking has returned. I’m amazed and thank you so much for everything!
I can’t recommend you highly enough!

I would especially call the Physio at the Hospital whose positivity was just amazing and inspiring. Apologies I dont know her name. I believe fair haired and from NZ or AUS or SA. Absolutely superb.

I required consultation, surgery, and post-op physiotherapy for a shoulder reconstruction on my left shoulder. The team from front desk, to nursing, operating theatre, post-op care, catering and the excellent Dan Loder in the physio team were superb throughout.

Some items one normally finds in a private room were missing, tissues, clean towels each day.
I also had to ask for bins to be emptied and floor cleaned.

Fantastic customer care from an excellent team. Everyone is friendly, polite & treated with dignity & respect.
The hospital may not look the best from the outside, but step inside to find the best private care in Surrey.

My treatment was excellent, I needed an overnight stay that wasn’t expected and it was dealt with in the way I would have fully expected.
