I saw Mr Jain as I had an arthritic knee and following my first consultation he not only put me at ease but also explained why I had the problem and that I needed a total knee replacement. He explained about the operation and also how your knee would feel after the operation.I then saw him the next day where he asked how I felt and said the operation went well.I saw him about 6 weeks after the operation to see how I was getting on and answered my concerns about the new knee as you have different sensations and said this is normal and also it takes time for the swelling to go.I had full faith in him and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I think I am very fortunate to have Mr Jain as my consultant. From my initial appointment with him at Chelsfield Park Hospital, I had complete trust in him. He takes time to listen and answers any questions honestly - he clearly explained every aspect of the forthcoming total knee replacement proceedure to me & what I could expect with the outcome, including the time frame for recovery as I am beyond retirement age but still working. Knowing that he carries out the operation is an additional boost to patient confidence. Mr Jain visited me prior to surgery, immediately after, & then came back to see me the following day. This was much appreciated knowing what a busy person he is. The follow up appointments at 6 & 12 weeks have been equally reassuring & together with his guidance and the Physiotherapy Department, I am walking pain free once more. I think Mr Jain is an excellent surgeon, friendly, approachable & very professional. In his care, I feel confident and in safe hands and ‘looking forward’ to my appointment with him for the other knee replacement. Thank you, Mr Jain for your skill all you do & in making this a happy experience for a patient who was calm on the outside but initially was very scared inside !! I would like to thank the staff working in all areas concerned with my treatment at Chelsfield Park, for your care in every aspect of my experience at this time.

From my first appointment with Mr Rohit Jain, I felt very fortunate to be under his care and that feeling has remained with me through out my aftercare. I didn’t expect to see him again after the operation, however he came to see me in the ward and I saw him at my 6week appointment and again at 6mth appointment. I feel I could contact him if I was having problems, he has given me confidence back in the National Health system. I just hope and pray if I or when I need my other hip done he will be able to do my operation.

MR Rohit Jain I found Mr Jain to be a very nice doctor and has time to listen to his patients. My mother of 82 years old had a hip replacement in November 2017. Mr Jain provided all the information before and after surgery that we needed to know. On my mums follow up appointments she has has X-rays and these have been shared and discussed with us at the appointments. We are very happy with the service that was provided from Mr Jain and all of the staff who helped to look after my mum during her stay in Medway Hospital. A very big thank you to you all from Debbie Mason daughter of Jean Hansford.
