Very late writing this review as my surgery took place last summer. Whilst my procedure was a relative simple operation for haemorrhoids, Nick took the time to fully explain all aspects of it along with any possible side effects. My examination also revealed a small tear in my colon which I wasn't really aware of and assumed the bleeding was to do with the haemorrhoids so got that sorted at the same time. Can't fault any aspect of Nicks approach to patient care before and after surgery. Thank you !!!

I recently had to undergo major bowel surgery performed by Nick at Spire Manchester. Pre-surgery he clearly articulated the risks involved and ensured I was fully informed regarding the procedure and gave comfort that safety was of paramount importance. Following surgery, Nick visited me in CCU and came to see me each morning during my hospital stay as well as phoning nursing staff in the evening to check on my recovery. His support during this time was superb and it genuinely felt like he cared. He provided great advice and support during my hospital stay and also after I was discharged and ensured he was 100% comfortable with my recovery and ongoing support at my final consultation. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Nick, he is an excellent surgeon and I feel very fortunate to have been referred to him.

From my first meeting with Mr Stylianides when he explained in detail what was involved in the Colonoscopy procedure he proposed to perform I was put at ease. Following the Colonoscopy and follow up procedure I meet Mr Stylianides accompanied with my wife and he spent time going in detail through the results of the examination.
