I could not rate Mr Stylianides highly enough! His level of care within his practice from consultation to procedures are unprecedented in my experience. For the first time in a long while, I was seen as a person and not as a number.

I can not thank Nicholas enough for the surgery he has done on me. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable with him. I 100% trusted him. He went above and beyond as my surgery was delayed due to surgeries before me but Nicholas and the team stayed to ensure I was operated on that day. The care after was great, he came to see me daily to ensure everything was ok. I also got a out of the blue phone call from Nicholas once I was home just checking I was doing ok. I would highly recommend Nicholas as he is excellent at his job and cares deeply about his patients. Again cant thank him enough for his work on myself.

I was fully informed of my condition and the steps towards surgery. The whole experience was carried out professionally and with enough speed to alleviate my concerns of getting infected before the surgery date. On the day of the surgery I was put at ease by Nicholas and the staff at the spire hospital. The days plan was discussed and what to expect for recovery. Following surgery I was visited everyday by Nicholas and received the very best attention from all the staff in what is difficult times due to the pandemic. Since leaving hospital i have had 2 occasions of follow up with Nicholas with a third follow up booked for 2 week. My recovery instructions have been followed to the letter to ensure I do not undo the excellent work carried out. My concerns of an hernia have been discussed at length and I was again put at ease. I cannot fault the service and care I received from Nicholas and i am absolutely over the moon with the way I am feeling now. I am now clear and positive on my cautious road to health and fitness, gone are the feeling of illness and the excruciating pain that followed that have blighted my life for the last 18 months+ I cannot thank Nicholas and the staff at the Spire hospital Manchester enough.

I would highly recommend Mr Stylianides and his team. The initially consultation was clear and matter of fact and conducted in a very calm and considerate manner. The surgery was conducted without issue and with minimal trauma to myself to the extent I had no need for the prescribed pain killers supplied in case I struggled with any pain or discomfort. At the consultation and pre and post op visits, Mr Stylianides was keen to know if I had any questions or concerns and took the time to answer and ensured I understood any information he gave. I was very impressed from start to finish.

My Stylianides was great - open and honest about the treatment options, likelihood of success and any potential risks. He was very calm and reassuring. After my initial follow up appointment where I had a couple of concerns he then saw me twice more to ensure I was fully satisfied before he discharged me back to my GP. And I certainly was - all symptoms resolved, a very happy patient!
